Gustaf Ericson

Gustaf Ericson is a member of our Private Equity and Software practices.

Gustaf has more than 10 years of experience across management consulting, technology, and investment banking. He advises early and late-stage investors on a host of topics, including asset identification, commercial due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation planning.

He has also worked with a broad range of companies across topics including go-to-market and customer strategy, M&A, pricing and packaging, and IPO readiness – with a particular focus on software/SaaS and consumer technology.

He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a Marcus Wallenberg Scholar, and graduated with a B.Sc. in international relations from the London School of Economics.
