Kayvan Ardalan is a partner in Bain & Company’s Los Angeles office. He leads the firm's Research & Product Development practice and helps clients across industries significantly improve their returns from R&D investment.
In addition, Kayvan is a leader in Bain’s Technology, Media and Telecom practices. He has worked with leading semiconductor, software, hardware and industrials companies on a wide variety of strategic, operational and organization projects.
He joined the firm in 1995, starting out in Bain’s San Francisco office before joining the Los Angeles team in April of 1997. Kayvan has more than 20 years of consulting experience and has worked in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
Kayvan has a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology, a MS in Aeronautical and Astronomical Engineering from Ohio State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron.
