Ken is an Expert Partner at Bain & Company and the firm's Greater China's Marketing & E-Commerce Practice Head.
Prior to Bain, Ken was the Greater North APAC CEO for the Customer Experience Management (CXM) Service Line at Dentsu International as well as the CEO for Merkle China, which provides products and services to many companies for their Digital Transformation, Data Transformation, and CX Transformation initiatives.
Before that, Ken spent seven years at Sina Weibo, one of the largest media platforms in China, holding various senior positions including GM of Commercial Operations and GM of Corporate Strategy. He has worked with many MNCs, large Chinese enterprises and advertising agencies on various large scale marketing programs. Ken was also responsible for Weibo's Commercial Products Operations, Customer Insight Group and the PR/Marketing function.
Ken was also the China Managing Director for Razorfish & Digitas, two of the top digital agencies within the Publicis Group. Before moving to China, Ken was the VP of Strategy, Analytics and Innovation in the Razorfish Seattle office.
Ken holds a MBA degree from the University of Florida and a BBA degree in Finance from Stetson University. He also completed the Duke Corporate Education program. Ken is also a public speaker with the London Speaker Bureau.
