Her experience covers all areas of the telecommunications sector, in a range of issues including strategy, organization and performance improvement. She has developed an expertise in customer strategy and marketing (brand and marketing strategy, pricing, segmentation, customer experience, loyalty, sales and channels effectiveness) and transformation. Her expertise spans across multiple geographies in Europe and Middle East/Africa.
She is leading the graduate recruitment activities for ESCP-EAP Europe. She earned a master in management & economics from ESCP Europe in 2000.
