Wendy holds deep expertise across the digital, design and marketing spheres, specializing in product management, rapid prototyping and design thinking, as well as usability and user experience design. She is additionally skilled in go-to-market strategy, marketing test and learn, customer experience design and digital strategy.
Prior to initially joining Bain in 2003, Wendy worked for another top consulting firm. She also served as co-founder and CEO of two startups, as well as a product manager for Excite@Home.
She holds an MBA, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy, from Stanford University.
