Zack Ullman is a member of our Technology, Communications, Media and Entertainment, and Customer practices. Zack works with both corporate enterprises and investment firms on a number of topics, including growth strategy, customer strategy, and M&A.
Over his time with Bain, he has supported clients in multi-year transformations to improve strategic, operational, and financial performance. These efforts are often centered on a broader customer-led growth strategy or customer experience transformation.
Outside of his client work, Zack is involved with pro bono efforts and firm partnerships in education, as well as our mentorship and diversity programs.
Zack joined in 2006 and has also worked in our Boston, Silicon Valley, London, and New York offices.
He graduated from Williams College and received his MBA and Public Management Certificate from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
