True North: Scholarship for Women
We welcome students who identify as women to join us for a workshop in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, India, Australia, or the Middle East where you’ll get to try the work of a strategy consultant. You’ll join an extraordinary team for training and practice. At the end, you may get to interview for a position at Bain and have an opportunity to win a scholarship, depending on location.

Join us for this workshop! Some candidates will also have an opportunity to interview for a full-time role at Bain, which is one of the top strategy consulting firms. And/or win a scholarship that can range from $10,000-15,000 depending on the location.
It’ll offer unique insight into strategy consulting.
Our consultants will share the tools they use to address client problems.
Work through the real types of challenges our consultants face.

Form relationships with future leaders across regions
The winner will receive $10,000-$15,000.
After, interview for a full-time position as an associate consultant.
This program is for undergraduate students who identify as women
This program is for students who identify as women in their penultimate year of undergraduate university, of any nationality or degree.
We’re also looking for strong academic achievement with great communication skills, drive, passion, and the energy to solve problems.
