Bao-Viet Lê

Bao-Viet Lê is a member of our Financial Services practice. He has more than 20 years of consulting and industry expertise across retail corporate and investment banking, advising clients across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. In addition to his deep experience working with senior IT, operations and business stakeholders, as well as software suppliers, he has led large-scale digital and technology transformation programs for major banks located in key regions across the world.

His recent engagements have spanned Agile Factory, Digital Attacker, core banking system selection and implementation, technology operating model, fintech partnership, ecosystem, RPA, AI across end-to-end customer journeys on onboarding, payments, card management, lending, loyalty, and global transaction banking sectors.

Prior to joining us, Bao-Viet worked as head of the banking and digital practices for another top firm in Hong Kong. He also held several major roles across France, Switzerland, Russia, the UK, Singapore and Saudi Arabia over nearly two decades.

Bao-Viet holds a Master's in Marketing and Finance, as well as a postgraduate degree in banking and finance, from Paris Dauphine University.
