Chen Shen

Chen Shen is a member of our Private Equity Group practice.

She has worked with many of the leading global and regional private equity funds, across various topics, including commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, sector scan, and fund strategy. Chen also has extensive experience in working directly with portfolio management team, on identifying key value creation levers, drive execution and realize portfolio full potential.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader of our Greater China Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and she also leads the annual female leadership IP effort together with a group of female business executives, to enhance female leader impact within and beyond Bain.

Before joining us, she was a consultant for another top firm. Chen holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
