Phi Hai Nguyen

Phi Hai Nguyen is a member of our EMEA Financial Investor and Private Equity practice. He has more than 10 years of management consulting experience with us.

Phi Hai is a well-rounded advisor to financial investors (including buyout funds, family offices, and evergreen investors) with deep expertise in due diligence (integrated, commercial, operations, vendor). Most of his work takes place in consumer products (fast-moving and durable goods), retail, healthcare, and industrials.

Phi Hai earned an MBA from INSEAD and a double-degree in Engineering from the Ecole Centrale Paris and from Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), summa cum laude. He is fluent in French and English.

In his personal time, Phi Hai is an avid traveler, typically spends one month traveling each year, and has visited more than 70 countries.
