Ping Yi

Ping Yi is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.

A core member of our Greater China Automotive and industrial goods teams, Ping holds notably polished expertise in EV strategy, mobility, channel management and efficiency improvement. Her recent sector work has focused on the passenger car and light truck OEM sphere, as well as construction machinery and machine tools.

More broadly, her two-decade consulting record has involved:

• Developing the channel strategy for a leading Chinese OEM;
• Designing and implementing the neighborhood electric vehicle and mobility service for a newly established private OEM; and
• Various projects encompassing innovation, cost-cutting, strategy, organization and talent for leading original equipment suppliers.

Prior to joining us, Ping worked for two other premier global consulting firms.

She holds an EMBA from CEIBS and a Master of Engineering from Tongji University.
