Darren's preeminent case work includes the successful multi-year transformation of a Fortune 50 enterprise hardware and software vendor, which included a five-year IoT strategy.

Further, he has led an array of due diligence efforts for private equity clients.

Apart from his case work, Darren is an active member of our Blacks at Bain affinity group and is one of our firms Diversity Champions.

Prior to joining us, he worked as an investment banker for Merrill Lynch & Co and as a financial analyst for The Boeing Company.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and B.S. in Finance and Business Communications from the University of Southern California (USC).

Darren is a former Board member of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. He is also deeply passionate about education in lower-income communities and is a staunch sports and music enthusiast.
