He has more than 20 years of international consulting and industry experience, particularly across China.
His expertise centers on the automotive, truck and bus sectors, as well as machinery and plant engineering. He mainly supports clients on strategic and operational supply chain improvement, value-adding structure and manufacturing. His recent work has also involved cost reduction through digital tool and method integration.
Gerhard graduated from Technische Universitaet Muenchen, from which he earned both a doctorate and a diploma in mechanical engineering.
