John Meegan IV

John Meegan IV is a member of our Consumer Products and Performance Improvement practices. A supply chain expert, he specializes in food and beverage cost transformations and operating model strategy for supply chain functions.

John has led a number of significant cost transformations and operating model strategy cases across food and beverage for CPG clients. His recent client engagements have involved post-merger supply chain integration management, operating model redesign, and large supply chain costs transformations.

He is also our digital product lead for Sightline, a proprietary tool that helps clients build enduring performance management capabilities using real-time data to support faster decision-making in supply chain functions.

His preeminent case work has included:

• Leading supply chain operating model strategy and execution for large multinational food company going through a cost transformation, seeing 10% savings, while increasing overall productivity
• Leading supply chain cost transformation for a wine and spirits company, identifying nearly $100M in opportunity
• Identifying ~$40M in supply chain synergy value for large craft beer acquisition for a multinational beer company.

Prior to joining us, John spent 4 years in strategy consulting for another top firm, as well as 5 years at General Mills.

He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BSB in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota.

In his personal time, John enjoys golf, traveling to new global destinations, and fitness. He is also an avid pizza enthusiast.
