Olaf Schatteman is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.
A 20-year consulting veteran, Olaf focuses on digital operations and cost transformation across the Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Consumer Products, Energy & Natural Resources, Retail and Telecommunications spheres. His current sector work is tailored to network service providers.
His most prominent client engagements include the multiyear digital operations transformation program for one of the world’s largest global telecommunications equipment, network equipment and services companies, which ultimately delivered value of more than $1.5B.
Most recently, Olaf was the managing director for another global consulting firm across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. He also previously worked for two other top firms across Europe and Austrialia.
Further, Olaf is a recognized thought leader, having published various articles and contributed to several industry-standard supply chain management reference books.
He holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Maastricht (Netherlands) and speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
