Are you bright, enthusiastic and curious? Do you enjoy solving challenging problems? Are you looking to chart your own course through an extraordinary career?
We designed this program for exceptional female students to support and encourage them to enter a field where women are traditionally underrepresented. We aim to inspire you with personal impact stories and equip you with leadership skills so you can chart your career journey.
We will invite selected applicants to a workshop created to give an in-depth look into the consulting industry. The goal of the workshop is to sharpen your leadership and problem solving skills while also introducing you to case interviews.
The scholarship winner receives a one-time stipend (varies by office), a Bain mentor and a possible offer for our Associate Consultant or Associate Consultant Intern role (varies by office).

Workshops & Interviews
Workshops & Interviews
Our True North Workshop provides an opportunity for you to learn and practise a number of key skills, including some of the tools our teams use to crack critical business problems, as well as tips and tricks for interviews.
Taking part in our workshop also enables you to network with a group of high-potential young women and hear about the impact of our extraordinary teams.
Successful applicants will participate in interviews with Bain. Everyone invited to interview will be assigned an Associate Consultant as an interview ‘Buddy’ to help with preparation and support throughout the process.
The best way to prepare for this interview is to attend our workshop and use the interview preparation section.
