I joined Bain in June 2010. During my time at the BCN, I have spearheaded a number of strategic initiatives and played a key role in developing deep capabilities, focused on both industry verticals and practice areas. In addition to leading teams focused on casework, practice areas and knowledge, I also help build BCN strategy and product portfolio expansion.
My journey at the BCN has been eventful and included many exciting assignments. My projects have required me to understand high-tech semiconductor and next-gen carrier networking technologies, learn financial models and capital market diagnostics, analyze mega trends in industrial goods and services, and probe consumer behavior to comprehend what drives diamond jewelry purchases among Indian women.
Prior to joining Bain, I worked in various roles across consulting, business, research, and entrepreneurship. I earned an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, and an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. I'm also a certified International Investment Analyst from ACIIA, Switzerland.
My 15-year career span has led me to undertake a variety of roles. I've experimented with being an engineer in a chemical plant, a patent attorney, a tea taster, an entrepreneur, a strategy consultant, an investment analyst and a general manager.
