Ives Moraes

Ives Moraes is an expert in the firm's Energy & Natural Resources and Metals & Mining practices and has more than 20 years of management consulting experience.

Ives has worked with the top management of numerous large national and multinational groups across several industries, including metals & mining, telecommunications, building materials, energy, oil & gas, chemicals, airlines, private equity and education.

He has led engagements addressing business unit strategy, corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, customer loyalty, organizational redesign, results delivery, valuation for private equity, M&A and performance improvement programs.

Prior to joining Bain in 2005, he worked in the technology and telecommunications practices of another top consulting firm in Brazil, as well as in its USA Internet practice.

Ives holds an MBA from The Anderson School at University of California, Los Angeles. He also graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.

He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
