We’re thrilled to introduce Connecting & Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW), our inaugural leadership program for sophomore undergraduates who identify as women.
Bain’s CREW Program is designed for sophomore/second year undergraduates who identify as women with exceptional leadership potential.
As a member of Bain’s CREW, you will:
- Build your leadership toolkit though a series of workshops, panels, and breakouts
- Expand your network by connecting with other undergraduates who identify as a women and women leaders in business
- Have an opportunity to interview for Bain’s Summer 2024 Associate Consultant Internship (ACI) position

CREW program participants will have the opportunity to:
- Join a 1.5-day in-person leadership summit at a Bain office in February
- Take part in several virtual opportunities and learn more about CREW, hear from women leaders, and connect with other CREW participants

What we look for:
- Current sophomore/second year students who plan to graduate in winter 2024 or spring/summer 2025 and identify as women
- Outstanding academic performance
- Strong leadership and team skills

Will CREW be in-person or virtual?
We are planning for virtual engagement prior to an in-person 1.5 day summit this winter, but are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and will adjust to a fully virtual format if needed. Dates will be provided to those selected for the program.

Who is eligible to apply to the CREW program?
Any undergraduate students who identify as a woman and plan to graduate in winter 2024 or spring/summer 2025 are eligible to participate. Non-US citizens are eligible to participate, however, participants must attend university in the United States or Canada.

Do I need to have any experience in consulting to participate?
No, you do not need to have any prior background in consulting to have a meaningful experience in the CREW program. We encourage students from all majors and backgrounds to apply.

How do I apply to Bain CREW?
If you’re interested, you should first submit an application by the deadline. You'll then be asked to record several short responses to questions in a video format (additional details, including video questions, will be provided to applicants following the application deadline).

When will the decision be announced?
Program decisions will be communicated to selected candidates by the end of November.

If I am not selected for CREW, can I still apply to Bain in the future? What can I do to stay in touch with Bain?
Absolutely, and we encourage it! CREW is a highly selective program. If you are not selected, we would like to stay connected regarding the Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) role.
