Dave Crabbe

Dave Crabbe is a leader in Bain's Retail and Organization practices. He is also a member of the firm's Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Mergers & Acquisitions practices.

He has more than 7 years of management consulting experience with Bain.

Dave has extensive experience across retail sectors, with particular expertise in restaurants. He advises clients in a range of additional industries including steel, automotive and private equity.

Dave primarily works with clients to address corporate and business unit strategy, growth strategy, adjacency strategy, organization design and effectiveness, operating model, performance improvement, test & learn, experimental design and agile innovation. He holds deep expertise in change management and results delivery.

He also has broad experience in M&A strategy and execution, in addition to merger integration including organizational and cultural integrations.

Prior to joining Bain, Dave served on active duty as an officer in the Marine Corps for 6 years.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in economics from the United States Naval Academy.
