Olivier Gillerot

Olivier Gillerot is a member of the firm’s European Financial Services and Technology practices. He has more than 25 years of industry, consulting and technology experience.

Olivier advises financial institutions on topics related to defining their digital transformation strategies and leveraging new technologies for business impact and value. He also assists his clients in shaping and securing the successful delivery of complex digital, technology and operations transformation journeys.

Prior to joining Bain, Olivier held various leadership positions in critical business units of a global professional services firm. He gained hands-on experience running and growing profitable and successful professional services and technology companies, including their own digital transitions.

Olivier earned a Master of Commercial Engineering from the Solvay Business School in Brussels and the ABMP at Kellogg School of Business in Evanston. He is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
