For over 15 years, Patrick helped companies and ventures enable growth, drive profitability, build agility and resilience, and operate globally.

Patrick specializes in performance improvement, and value creation through operations uplift. This includes impact generation through product and service innovation, supply chain optimization, digital strategy and implementation.

His client experiences include leading large complex transformations for global companies across different sectors including healthcare, medtech, consumer electronics, technology and more.

Patrick is a thought leader in R&D, and is an avid writer on the topic.

Prior to joining Bain, Patrick served as a partner at other top tier consulting firms, and also worked at Microsoft.

Patrick holds an MBA from Oxford University, and a B.Sc from the University of British Columbia.
