WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
You’ll join the Americas Talent Acquisition Operations – Data & Analytics team as a core contributor responsible for ensuring recruiting data is accurate, scalable, and decision-ready across the full recruiting lifecycle. - Maintain data integrity standards by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and missing values; document fixes and root causes where needed
- Structure and format data into analysis-ready datasets (e.g., consistent fields, naming conventions, time periods, populations)
- Merge/map data from multiple sources (e.g., ATS/Avature, assessment/survey tools, operational trackers) to enable end-to-end reporting
- Maintain and improve foundational reporting assets (e.g., metric definitions, data dictionaries, template logic) to support consistency across teams
Reporting and Dashboarding (30%)
- Produce recurring reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and respond to ad hoc reporting requests with speed and precision
- Maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) that allow stakeholders to monitor key recruiting metrics
- Develop executive-ready outputs (Excel tables, slides, dashboard readouts) that clearly communicate what happened, why it matters, and what to do next
- Ensure reporting is scalable and consistent by standardizing templates, automating refreshes where feasible, and aligning definitions across stakeholders
Analysis and Insight Development (20%)
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and opportunities across recruiting operations
- Apply appropriate analytical techniques (e.g., segmentation, correlation, basic hypothesis tests) to answer practical business questions
- Link data findings to business outcomes and recommend actionable steps that improve process efficiency, quality, fairness, and stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to refine questions, frame analyses, and ensure insights translate into measurable changes
Survey and Feedback Measurement Support (15%)
- Support execution of repeatable surveys, including questionnaire setup, testing, deployment, and response monitoring
- Support data cleaning, analysis, and trend tracking across survey waves, ensuring consistency and quality in recurring measurement
- Maintain standardized survey templates, documentation, and reporting outputs, and prepare clear summaries to communicate insights to stakeholders
Process Improvement, Automation, and Enablement (5%)
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data processes and reporting tasks (e.g., Excel automation/Power Query, BI refresh logic, light scripting where applicable)
- Improve the reliability and usability of reporting by documenting processes and creating “how-to” guidance for internal customers
- Use AI responsibly to accelerate drafting, summarization, or analysis workflows while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
