Ashish is a member of our Private Equity practice.

He advises financial sponsors on due diligence, deal strategy, and post-acquisition value creation. Ashish has worked extensively with leading global and regional private equity firms, supporting them across the full investment lifecycle—from target screening and commercial due diligence through to portfolio company transformation.

His industry expertise spans consumer products, retail, and technology. He has led engagements in growth strategy and cost optimization for both B2B and B2C companies and has experience advising large corporates on mergers and acquisitions and divestiture strategies.

Ashish holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.
