Margaret Persons is a member of our M&A practice. She has significant experience working across the M&A value chain, with a particular focus on PMI and Corporate Due Diligence.
She has led multiple highly complex, large-scale merger integrations, with significant experience setting up and running the IMO and delivering both cost and revenue synergies.
Margaret has deep expertise on critical people topics, co-authoring Bain's perspective on People, Talent, and Culture Diligence and leading org & operating model design, culture, talent and change management efforts in the context of integrations.
Beyond her client work, she is the sponsor for W@B in the DC Office and a W@B Ambassador for recruiting.
In her personal time, Margaret is an avid traveler and enjoys the outdoors, including snow skiing, water skiing, and hiking.
