Maria Arnaoudona

Maria Arnaoudona is a member our Performance Improvement and Accelerated Performance Transformation practices, and a Global Leader of Bain’s Cash & Capital offering.  

She has over 20 years of global experience in consulting, advisory and interim management roles, helping public, private, sponsor-owned and not-for-profit organizations deliver rapid results and lasting change. Maria advises leadership teams on cost, cash and transformation agendas, with particular expertise in large-scale performance improvement programs, net working capital, capex, supply chain and support function optimization, and business process redesign.

Maria has worked across industries, including healthcare, services, energy, chemicals, industrials, consumer products, retail and technology. She also has significant experience supporting private equity sponsors and portfolio companies through diligence, transaction support and post-acquisition value creation plans and operational improvements.

Prior to joining Bain, Maria held senior roles at other global top consulting firms. She has also been involved in a number of high-profile Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.

She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
