Radhika Batra is an expert in the firm’s Performance Improvement and Digital capabilities and Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.
Radhika is deeply versed across the procurement sphere, specializing in procurement excellence, strategy, operations, transformation, digital tools and processes, as well as IP development. She also holds extensive expertise across industrials, chemicals and manufacturing.
Her focus areas in the digital space include procurement end-user view, supply chain and R&D.
Prior to joining Bain in 2019, Radhika honed more than 30 years of global experience, including 13 collective years of CPO experience, across an array of firms, including PPG Industries, BorgWarner Inc., O-I, Solutia (now Eastman Chemical) and Rohm and Haas (now Dow Chemical)
She holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s College (Philadelphia), a PhD from Columbia University (New York) and a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Madras, India).
