Richard Edgley is the EMEA Head of Design for Vector.
With over 20 years of experience in design and innovation, Richard has worked across industries including financial services, telecommunications, media, utilities, and healthcare. He brings deep expertise in financial services, where he has helped clients create and launch impactful value propositions, design seamless omni-channel service experiences, and drive customer transformation. His work also spans brand strategy, customer engagement, organizational design, and capability building.
As the leader of our EMEA design team, Richard is dedicated to advancing our expertise in strategic and experience design, as well as digital product design. He also co-leads our multidisciplinary team in London, bringing together product, design, data science, and engineering to drive innovation.
Before joining us, Richard played a pivotal role in shaping service design practices at leading digital and innovation consultancies. A certified Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner, he has successfully led cross-functional teams to build and launch digital products. Passionate about sharing real-world expertise, he has been a guest lecturer at Ravensbourne University and Imperial College London Business School, covering topics such as customer research, service design, design thinking, and experimentation.
Richard holds a B.A. (Hons) in politics from the University of Leicester.
