Romina Nair is a member of our Enterprise Technology practice.
Romina advises technology leaders at major retailers and utilities across the US, Canada, and the UK on strategic roadmaps, operating model design, and cost optimization. Her experience also includes numerous diligences of high-growth technology companies—primarily those focused on artificial intelligence—for top-tier growth equity and hedge funds. In addition, Romina supports leading software companies on go-to-market strategies, with a particular focus on marketing. She also led initial product development for Laine, an AI-powered growth marketing insights platform within Bain’s Founders Studio.
Having worked across three Bain offices globally (San Francisco, London, Johannesburg), Romina now leads the Bain San Francisco Internationals Group, a 150+ member network. She is also an active member of Women at Bain and Asians at Bain.
Romina has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cape Town.
In her personal time, Romina is an avid traveler and hiker, most recently trekking to Everest Base Camp with her husband.
