Shipra Arora is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions practice.
She brings decades of experience translating data science and artificial intelligence into business outcomes. Her work focuses on the intersection of AI, marketing effectiveness, and personalization, helping leading retail and consumer goods brands use predictive analytics and agentic systems to optimize marketing performance, deepen customer understanding, and advance more intelligent, adaptive operating models. She is also a contributor to our thinking on the Intelligent Enterprise, exploring how multi-agent AI systems are reshaping decision making, product development, and core business workflows.
Prior to joining our firm, Shipra held senior decision science and analytics leadership roles at a leading marketing agency and a leading retail consulting firm. In these roles, she applied customer data science and advanced analytics across marketing and commercial strategy.
Shipra holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics from Aligarh Muslim University, a postgraduate diploma in communications from MICA, and a postgraduate program certificate in AI and machine learning from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
Beyond her client work, she is an active contributor to our Women at Bain and Asians at Bain affinity groups and a member of Women in AI, reflecting her commitment to fostering inclusive environments in business and technology.
