Latinx at Bain (LATBA) is an organization of Bain professionals with Hispanic and Latin American roots or interests. Our vision is to make Bain the best career choice for Latinx talent and provide the resources and connection to help our members thrive. We provide tailored support across our diverse members, including mentorship and programs that create pathways for success inside Bain. We take great pride in the meaningful bonds this group creates, and the vast contributions Hispanic cultures have across the organization.

Bain has been investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for more than 30 years. Beginning with our early affinity communities, we have expanded into a wide range of comprehensive programs to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
LATBA provides members an added layer of tailored support and a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. While we take pride in the deep bonds created within LATBA, we also build connections with other affinity groups and share about the diversity of Hispanic cultures with the broader firm.
