Recruiting
As part of the Recruiting Team, you’ll be responsible for the expert management of the strategic design, development and execution of recruiting programs across multiple target talent groups for Bain worldwide.
Data and Analytics
As part of the Data and Analytics team, you'll provide analytics and program support to all recruiting teams across the world.
Diversity Partnerships and Programs
As part of the Diversity Programs & Partnerships team, you'll help provide leadership and feed our talent pipeline and build our brand with diverse recruits through internal programming and external partnerships.
Marketing and Engagement
The Recruit Engagement team aims to build an early pipeline of potential candidates, create connection opportunities between our recruiting teams and recruits in order to build relationships and learn from each other, make a memorable first impression online or at an event, and ensure a seamless recruit experience.
Recruiting Operations
The Recruiting Operations team provides leadership and support over several key processes and stakeholder groups that help ensure a successful recruiting cycle.
