The Knowledge Management team collaborates with Bain's global industry and capability practice areas to help frontline teams benefit from "best of Bain" content and expertise. Members of this group support practice operations, manage the case summary compliance process, and codify Bain's case experience and consulting staff knowledge.

- Individual contributor (associate/analyst): Seamlessly deliver to defined tasks and work allocation; contribute to larger case or work stream, sharing ideas on problem solving, work structuring and project management
- Specialist (seasoned professional): Work as a subject matter expert and in-house specialist in a chosen domain; effectively collaborate with Bain teams to solve internal and client issues
- Team leader (experienced professional): Work as a lead on a team/function, aligning on scope and priorities with internal clients/stakeholders and managing delivery along with team members' professional development
Interaction with Global Clients and Case Teams
Expert Client Delivery solves business problems for clients across the world along with other Bain teams enabling exposure to international markets and industry dynamics. Individuals get exceptional networking opportunities by directly working with fellow Bainees across various Bain offices globally and with clients
