Stefan Wörner

Dr. Stefan Wörner is an expert in our Financial Services and Sustainability practices. He is also responsible for Bain's internal and external sustainability activities in DACH across industries. 

Stefan's clients are twofold: banks and their wealth management and wholesale banking divisions, as well as corporations with a particular demand in sustainability related topics.

His client results comprise strategy development and implementation, sustainable transformations with a particular focus on (financial) value creation and integrating sustainability in their equity stories.

He has more than 12 years of consulting experience and 8 years of line experience with a leading global financial institution.

Stefan holds a master’s degree in business engineering and management and completed his doctorate in finance at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.
