We are pleased to host the Building Entrepreneurial Leaders program, a week-long sophomore diversity program designed to give undergraduate students an opportunity to learn first-hand what it is like to be a consultant.

Program Overview

Program Overview

The Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) Program is focused on giving high-achieving undergraduate sophomore/second year students who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis and First Nations), the opportunity to strengthen their business and leadership skill set while gaining exposure to one of the world’s top strategy consulting firms.

The BEL Program is available in US offices and Toronto and is held in early summer so that students have the rest of the summer to fulfill other summer obligations. Specific dates will be shared with applicants selected to participate.
