Share your journey to Bain.
Before Bain, I was getting my PhD at Penn. I fell in love with creating community, and learned how important it was for me to be on teams. I was really involved with the Black Graduate Student association and young people boards in Philadelphia.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I knew Bain was the right company for me after I completed ADvantage. In the interviewing process, Bainies went above and beyond - but during my week internship, I could really see "a Bainie never lets another Bainie fail." I really appreciate the supportive teaming environment at Bain.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
One of my favorite projects was working on the internal COVID PMO. I got to meet a lot of amazing internal Bainies that are always thinking about how to make Bain the best place to work. It was a fun way to learn more about the inner-workings of Bain in the process.
