Charlotte Mabe

Charlotte Mabe is a member of our Private Equity and Retail practices.

Her recent work has focused on supporting the development of Bain perspectives around climate transition investment opportunities, ranging from renewables generation to grid-scale battery storage to alternative fuels. She has also been active in the development of our portfolio decarbonization offering.

She has extensive diligence experience, particularly with our growth equity clients.

Charlotte also has managed several growth strategy cases within our retail practice, including an M&A scan for a grocery client and an adjacency strategy project for an online marketplace.

She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree is psychology from Duke University.

Charlotte enjoys exploring the northern California coast, anything that will keep her active outdoors – especially running – and live music.
