Radhika Sridharan is a partner based in Bain & Company's Mumbai office. She is a core member of Bain’s global Customer Strategy and Marketing practice, advising both traditional and next-generation organisations for over a decade.
Radhika’s work in the customer strategy space spans a range of industries, including retail (online and offline), automotive and technology, with a special focus on consumer internet companies. She specialises in, and has led projects across, various topics in customer-centric experience, encompassing customer-led growth strategy and operations improvement, customer experience design and pricing and value delivery.
She is also a certified Agile Scrum Master, working with companies on Agile operations.
Radhika has co-led a Bain publication on the future of consumption in India, which was developed for, and presented at, the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos in 2019. It was subsequently presented at multiple industry forums in India.
Radhika holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (Karnataka), India.
