Robin Demaria

Robin Demaria is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Private Equity practices.

Since joining the firm in 2013, Robin has gained extensive experience in strategy, transformation, commercial due diligence, B2B commercial excellence (esp. B2B Net Promoter Score^®), post-merger value creation and performance improvement programs.

Robin has led global assignments and traveled extensively across Western Europe, North America, South Africa, Greater China and South East Asia for us, having worked out of various Bain offices.

He worked across a broad range of industrial sectors with a specific focus on commodity & specialty chemicals and building products – with both corporate and private equity clients.

Beyond his client work, Robin is a leader of our Brussels Connectedness efforts and a member of our Brussels Recruiting team. He is also a lecturer at the Solvay Business School on strategy and modelling.

Robin holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School and he is fluent in French and English.

In his personal time, he loves taking care of his three young boys, swimming, tennis and cycling.
