How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
Given today’s complex challenges and the necessity to work across functions in order to face them motivated me to add a design perspective to my business studies. We need a work culture that is willing to learn from each other in order to create impactful solutions. My daily job in the Innovation & Design team is collaborating with designers, engineers and innovation experts and it excites me to apply these different perspectives and learnings to solving client problems.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
There are different phases in innovation projects. The discovery phase is very exciting, as you get to know new industries, people and cultures and synthesize these insights into tangible opportunities. My current case has moved past this phase as we are building a product that launches soon. Knowing that my team contributed to this makes me proud!

The Innovation & Design team welcomed and encouraged me from my first day. Knowing the support and open ear you get throughout your career, be it from your mentor, manager or partner on the case enables me to trust my abilities and further grow in my role.
