I joined the Bain Capability Network (BCN) in July 2019. As part of the cost competency service line leadership at BCN, I focus on developing operations cost transformation capabilities that can help Bain deliver performance improvement for organizations globally. I currently lead the Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams at BCN.

I have more than 14 years of automotive industry and front-end management consulting experience across India, Europe and Middle East geographies. Prior to joining Bain, I worked at a lead consulting firm focusing on operations and supply chain transformation and have advised multinational corporations in the automotive, industrial, telecom, FMCG and retail sectors on both strategic and tactical levels. My areas of expertise include leading and driving large-scale EBITDA improvement programs, procurement excellence led cost reduction, Industry 4.0 led digital transformation, growth strategy formulation and operating model design. Besides management consulting, I also have experience of driving procurement and global sourcing strategies for India’s largest 4-wheeler passenger vehicle manufacturer.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Tiruchirappalli.
In my leisure time, I love to travel and explore new places, practice photography and listen to music.
