She is a seasoned Cost Transformation expert, specializing in margin and performance improvement, operating model transformation, global shared services and both post-merger and divestiture enterprise optimization. Her recent client work has focused on business process redesign.
Historically, Jess has led client transformations that have driven more than $20B in sustained margin improvement.
Prior to joining Bain, she worked for two other top consulting firms, where her client roster featured Fortune 500 firms across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in cognitive science and political science from UCLA.
Jess is on the board of the New York Theatre Ballet.
