Omar Collavizza

Omar Collavizza is a member of the firm's Financial Services and Digital practices.

Omar has more than 15 years of consulting experience. He advises national and international banks and insurance companies on client and growth strategy, digitization of service models and operating systems. Throughout his career, he has managed M&A initiatives and large-scale transformation programs. He also has a wide range of experience across retail and corporate banking, asset and wealth management sectors.

Prior to joining Bain, he spent more than five years as a manager in an international banking group, with both local and international responsibilities, and more than 10 years as a consultant for financial services institutions.

Omar holds an MBA with distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an honors degree in finance from Bocconi University and completed an exchange term with the University of British Columbia during his studies.
