I joined Bain in October 2010. I established and manage a number of teams at the Bain Capability Network. I lead practice area initiatives across the BCN, supporting development and implementation of strategic plans, and developing new IP and products for practice areas. I also manage the Strategy PMO for the BCN, leading strategic planning and leadership.
During my stint at Bain, I've represented India at the Bain World Cup in Brussels, been a global trainer for the Global Associate Consulting Training program in Boston, and represented the BCN at global and regional meetings across the world. I also transferred to the Singapore office to help create a future growth strategy for one of the world’s leading dairy companies. My projects at Bain include designing a conjoint analysis for the world’s leading auction e-commerce site, analyzing the impact of artificial intelligence and robotics on the global economy, examining trends in longevity and aging and their impact on the future of the workforce, and developing next-generation products that impact high-performing organizations.
"At the BCN, there is scope to grow both professionally and personally. This is truly a global experience at the cutting edge of consulting services. There is great opportunity and growth prospects for the enterprising, if you are prepared to be challenged, and are comfortable with new experiences."
Prior to Bain, I worked at a lead consulting firm where I focused on work in the industrial, financial services, retail and consumer products sectors across the globe.
I'm a 2017 candidate for the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School’s Aresty Institute, University of Pennsylvania. I hold an MBA from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Manipal University.
Outside of work, I enjoy golf, snorkeling, scuba and being outdoors! I'm also interested in yoga and naturopathy.
