Yaquta Mandviwala is a partner in Bain & Company's Mumbai office. She leads Bain India's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.
She has close to 15 years of professional experience, more than 10 years of which are in management consulting throughout India, Europe and Africa. Her work is focused on helping companies make decisions in corporate and business strategy, customer-led growth and organization.
Yaquta has led multi-year engagements alongside the leadership teams of some of the largest businesses in India and globally, driving change on the ground and delivering results. She is passionate about driving customer-led growth and a customer-oriented culture within organizations. Her client portfolio encompasses the retail, auto, real estate, healthcare, financial services, advanced manufacturing & services, technology and private equity spheres.
She is one of Bain's global experts on the Net Promoter System® and has successfully institutionalized NPS across multiple companies. Yaquta also leads our Women at Bain effort for the Asia Pacific region.
In 2018, she received the prestigious ET 40 Under Forty Award.
She holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a Master of Science from Presidency College, Calcutta.
