First at Bain
First at Bain (First) is our newest community for Bain professionals who are the first in their family to go to college, do not have a four-year college degree, or who identify with the experience of growing up in a lower socio-economic household. Our programming focuses on experience sharing and providing support to create pathways for success inside Bain.
