Your MBA journey starts here
Congratulations on your acceptance to business school! We know it's an important next step in your career journey and we’re excited to connect with you.
Whether you know consulting is where you want to be, or you’re still exploring your options, our virtual pre-MBA programming, collectively called "ExperienceBain", will help you put your best foot forward at school and in your future career. This programming will offer something for every recruit interested in Bain. You’ll leave with new skills, experiences and connections with our people, our affinity groups and your future classmates.
The 2021 ExperienceBain program is now closed.
We believe that diversity, equity and inclusion are key to building our extraordinary teams. We look to create a collaborative environment where you can become the best version of yourself. Our affinity groups are a foundational part of this environment: Asians at Bain (AAB), BGLAD (The LGBTQ Network at Bain & Bridgespan), Blacks at Bain (BABs), Latinx at Bain (LATBA), Veterans at Bain (VABs) and Womxn at Bain (WAB).
This summer, we’re creating special opportunities for you to build relationships with these groups through smaller invite-only sessions. If you want to join these sessions, make sure to indicate your interest in connecting with any of our affinity groups.

"Through a lively discussion with Bain consultants, I got firsthand exposure to solving a fascinating real client problem. I came away with a focus on becoming a more tactical problem-solver, which carried through into the classroom and into my interview preparation [in the] fall."
