Brenen Blair is a member of our Organization practice, focusing on Operating Model transformations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and leadership and teaming. Brenen has worked with clients in Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources, and Education.
Brenen has been with Bain for over 6 years, working with senior leadership teams across organizations to redesign organizational structure and ways of working, translating strategy into how teams work together. Brenen brings extensive experience in co-creating new operating models with client leadership teams, and leading detailed design and change management to implement large-scale transformations.
Brenen's recent work is focused on partnering with clients to bring best practices to Operating Model design, including embedding DEI thinking, using digital tools to co-create the new operating model, and team design. Brenen has also led primary research on org design, inclusion, and access to capital for underserved communities.
Within Bain, Brenen is invested in our people development initiatives. He has served as a leader across our recruiting teams, helped develop our sponsorship and mentorship programs, and is a leader in Bain's LGBTQ affinity group, BGLAD.
Prior to joining Bain, Brenen taught in public high schools as a Teach For America Corps Member. He holds a BA from NYU, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
