Claudio Sorgente

Claudio Sorgente is a member of Bain’s Financial Services practice, with strong focus on Banking and Financial Market Infrastructure.

He has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting, during which he has led several large-scale transformation and strategy projects for banks and a market infrastructure provider in which he delivered results for our clients in several countries across EMEA.

Apart from his direct client work, Claudio is passionate about developing our people. He drives several internal initiatives focusing on even further improving Bain as one of the best places to work for. In addition, he leads specific recruiting activities for the banking practice in Switzerland to actively develop our talent pool.

Claudio holds a Master of Arts in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen.

In his personal time, he enjoys sports (everything from snowboarding to HIIT), spending time with his dearest and traveling around the world.
