Jason Housh is an expert in our Performance Improvement and Energy and Natural Resources practices, with a particular focus on Utilities.
His client work focuses on cost mitigation, process improvement, organization and operating model transformation, and capability enhancements in client procurement, supply chain, and operations functions.
Jason advises Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Chemical companies transforming some of their largest and most complex categories; engineering and technical services, construction and maintenance services, capital equipment, and materials.
Prior to joining Bain in 2018, Jason advised Energy and Natural Resources clients on Performance Improvement at several other top consulting firms.
He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and an undergraduate degree from Saint Norbert College.
